Description of Automatic Oil Dropper Bottle Filling Capping Labeling Line:
The ZS-FAL180YT model is consisting of unscrambling table, cam-driven filling and capping machine, and labeling machine. It is capable of filling, capping, and labeling dropper bottles at speed of 3000 bottles per hour. With SUS316 magnetic pumps, it has corrosion resistance and can fill liquids accurately. This model can be used for packing oil blends, liquid vitamins, herbal extracts, and so on. Besides, the machine is equipped with two vibratory bowls, enabling continuous feeding of dropper caps. This hair oil filling capping labeling line can also work with cartoning machine to realize automated production.
