Description of the Automatic Powder Vial Filling And Capping Machine:

The ZS-FAL12YF model is consisting of rotary unscrambling table, 4 heads auger filling machine, accumulation table, and 12 heads vial crimping machine. It can fill and crimp the powder vials at speed of 150-200 pieces per minute. The filling and capping system is driven by servo motor, ensuring stable and accurate operation. The model is equipped with fallen vial removal function, enabling continuous production and preventing bottle jams. This automatic vial powder filling machine can also work with bottle rinsing and labeling machines to complete automated production.

Can clearly show filling and crimping status, and support easy parameter adjustment. The panel can be customized with different languages if needed.

Can automatically arrange and guide the vials to filling station. It is equipped with fallen bottle removal function to ensure smooth production.

4 Heads Auger Filling System

Servo auger system enables precise powder measuring and filling. The hoppers are with mixing functions to ensure consistent material flow.

Rotary Accumulation Table

Can temporarily hold the filled vials and ensure stable vial feeding to crimping station. It can also remove the fallen vials to avoid production jam.

12 Heads Vial Capping System

Can realize high-speed cap feeding and crimping. Quantity of crimping heads can be customized as production need.
