Product Description:
This liquid bleach sachet packing machine utilizes piston filling system. It can be used for accurate dispensing of viscous products, such as softener, honey, mayonnaise. The filling range is customized. This machine can also be equipped with heater and date coder as production need.

The u-shaped hopper is equipped with agitator, which can handle materials. It can also be customized with heating function if needed.
Piston Filling System
Piston pump system can be used for packing viscous liquid or paste. The rotary valve can be customized for paste with soft particles.
Color Code Positioning
The sensor is used for detecting the color codes on films and controlling it to realize accurate cutting.
Heat Sealing Structure
Can be customized for back-side-seal, 3-side-seal or 4-side-seal sachets. Sealing temperature is adjustable.
Sachet Cutting Structure
It can be customized for making tear-off notch if needed.
