This canister tracking capping machine is equipped with Z type feeding machine. It performs automatic processes of feeding, loading and screwing caps to plastic canisters. The machine is equipped with tracking-type capping structure, which can travel horizontally as the bottles move on the conveyor. This enables it to realize continuous capping without interrupting the bottle moving. This 5 liter canister capping machine can work independently or be integrated into production line.

Intuitive panel shows working data in real time, convenient for monitoring status. It can be customized into different languages as needed.

Z-type Cap Feeder

The machine can feed caps automatically and promptly, saving labor cost. It is equipped with UV sterilization structure.

Cap Guide Rail

Designed for conveying caps, the guide rail is customized according to your cap size.

Chuck Capping Structure (Tracking Type)

Driven by servo motor, it can pick up, place and screw caps automatically. The structure can move in sync with the bottle during production.

Chain Conveyor
