Description of the Automatic Spirits Bottling Line:
This model uses ionized air rinsing, liquid level filling, T-cork feeding & inserting, PVC capsule dispensing & shrinking, and sticker labeling system. It is suitable for filling non-carbonated alcoholic drinks, such as whiskey, tequila, vodka. The filling system is built with overflow nozzles, which can suck back excess liquids to ensure the same liquid level. And the corking system is equipped with vibratory feeder to supply T-corks automatically. This spirits filling line can be customized according to your production needs.

Bottle Rinsing System(12 Heads)
Ionized air rinsing, it can remove dust and contamination from the inside of bottles.
Overflow System(6 Heads)
Excess liquids will flow back to the tanks to ensure filling accuracy. Quantity of filling heads is customized.
T-cork Feeding & Inserting
Capable of feeding, wetting and inserting T-corks into bottles. The vibratory feeder is customized to suit for cork size.
T Corking System
With belt system to complete T corking process. Working height is adjustable as needed.
PVC Film Feeding & Shrinking
Integrated with functions of applying and shrinking PVC films to bottle corks. Shrinking temperature is adjustable.
Sticker Labeling System
Supports single side, front and back or wrap around labeling. It can be equipped with date printer if needed.
