Description of the Automatic Pre-filled Syringe Filling Capping Machine:
The ZS-FAL180SY1 model performs processes of syringe siliconization, stopper inserting, syringe filling, cap loading and cap screwing. Using ceramic pump system, it features high precision and suits for small-dose filling. The model can be used for packing chemical solutions, pharmaceuticals, cosmetic liquids, etc. Equipped with elevator machine and vibratory feeders, they can automatically supply syringe barrels, caps and stoppers. This saline syringe filling machine can be customized according to your production needs.

Syringe Feeding System

Syringe Siliconization & Stopper Insertion
Capable of coating the inner surface of syringe barrels with silicone oil, and inserting rubber stoppers into barrels.
Ceramic Pump Filling System
Can invert the barrels and fill solutions from the syringe tip, which reduces residual air in the barrel. Ceramic pump has high precision for small-dose filling.
SUS316L Vibratory Cap Feeder
Designed for arranging and guiding caps to loading station. The vibratory feeder is customized as your cap size.
Servo Capping System
Servo motor provides accurate torque control for cap screwing. The capping system is customized according to cap types.
