The ZS-YG100D model is built with rotary unscrambling table, vibratory bowl feeder, cap crimping structures, and starwheel mechanism. It can perform cap feeding and crimping at speed of 40 bottles per minute. As a customized model, the model can be designed to fit your vial and cap sizes. The quantity of capping heads can also be customized to achieve higher output. This penicillin vial capping machine can be equipped with laminar flow hood for sterile production.

Can realize accurate positioning and transporting of vials. The star wheel can be customized and changed for different sizes of vials.

Vial Crimping System

Can apply consistent pressure to crimp the caps securely. It can also be designed with 4/6/8/10 capping heads to improve efficiency.

Vial Collecting Tray

Can gently gather and hold the crimped vials, making it convenient for batch inspection.
