The ZS-GRG10 model is a high-speed machine that can insert induction wads into caps at speed of 8000-15000 pieces per hour. Equipped with elevator machine, it can automatically sort and feed the caps to inserting station to achieve continuous operation. Using multiple insertion structures, the model performs efficient cap lining process. And the machine is equipped with cap detection structure, which can automatically remove the ones that are without induction wads. This model can be customized according to your production need. The linear cap wad inserting machine can also work with capping machine and induction sealing machine to complete automated production.
