Description of the Servo Horizontal Blister Cartoning Machine:
The ZS-MSZH30N model is a high speed horizontal cartoning system that can be used for packing blister packs, bottles, laminated tubes. It has functions of erecting boxes, folding leaflets, feeding products and leaflets into boxes, and closing the box flaps. The product feeding, leaflet folding, carton erecting systems are equipped with detection structures, which helps to improve production quality. Using servo motor control, it performs precise product alignment and continuous cartoning motions. This high speed blister cartoner machine can be customized according to your production needs.

PLC Control & Touch Screen
The smart system enables real-time monitoring and rapid parameter adjustment of the cartoning process. Using Win CE-based system, it can realize electronic recording and signing.
Servo Conveying System
Servo motor enables precise motion timing and product positioning during high-speed operation. Conveyor width can be adjusted manually, or be customized for automatic servo-driven adjustment.
Automatic Product Detecting System
Capable of detecting missing or extra packs, including the flow packs that are slightly bent or inflated. Upon detecting a product anomaly, the machine halts the feeding of instruction leaflets and cartons, as well as the product pushing operation.
Carton Blank Erecting System
Vacuum suction structures can pick, pull and erect flat blanks into cartons. With detection function, the machine will stop running if a carton fails to be correctly erected.
Leaflet Folding And Detecting System
Can automatically fold and insert the leaflets into cartons. The system can monitor the leaflet feeding process, and detect issues such as multi-sheet pickup, missing leaflets.
Defective Products Removing System
Can automatically remove the cartons that are without inserted leaflets or products, or the ones which are not sealed well. This helps to improve production quality.
