The ZS-BIB02 model is an automatic bib filling system that can run at speed of 250 to  280 bags per hour. It has functions of feeding bags, removing caps from bag spout, evacuating air, filling liquids, pressing caps to the spout, and cutting the bags. Controlled by flow meter, it is suitable for filling wine, fruit juice, milk, cleaning solutions, etc. The machine can be customized with inert gas flushing function and laminar flow hood if needed. This automatic bag in box filling machine can also work with other packaging equipment to complete automated production.

PLC Control System

PLC system controls complex timing sequences and ensures precise bag-in-box filling operation. It allows operators to adjust the parameters easily.

Automatic BIB Filling System

The system performs automatic cap removal, air evacuation, filling, and cap pressing. With flow meter, it controls accurate target filling volume.

Bag Cutting And Discharging System

Capable of cutting and separating the continuous webs into individual bags after filling. Cutting length can be adjusted as needed.

Continuous Web Feeding System

Can automatically transfer the continuous webs to filling station, providing stable bag supply. It uses bag-tension control and spout positioning structures to ensure smooth production.
