This ZS-AFC55 model is a monoblock filling and capping system that can handle liquids with temperatures up to 100℃. Driven by cam indexer, it ensures accurate bottle positioning and can run at speed of 35-40 bottles per minute. With SUS316 magnetic pump, it has high filling accuracy and corrosion resistance. The model is equipped with a vibratory bowl, which can realize automatic cap feeding and placement. This machine can be customized according to your product size. The high-temperature liquid filling and capping machine can also work with labeling machine for automated production.
