Description of the Automatic Liquid Syrup Bottle Filling Capping Machine:
The ZS-AFC39W model is capable of rinsing, filling and capping small bottles at speed of 7000 to 8000 bottles per hour. Using tracking-type air rinsing, it can remove the dust from bottle insides before filling. With servo peristaltic pumps, it offers precise volume control, which can fill collagen drinks, liquid vitamins, oral liquids, etc. The capping system uses magnetic clutch to place and screw caps to bottles securely. This model can be customized to fit your bottle and cap sizes. The automatic liquid syrup filling machine can also work with other packaging equipment to complete automation.

Magnetic capping heads can continuously pick up and screw the caps to a controlled torque. They can be customized according to your product size.
