Description of the Mini Perfume Spray Filling Capping Labeling Machine:
The ZS-FAL180X17 model is consisting of rotary filling and capping machine, and horizontal labeling machine. It performs automated processes of feeding, filling, capping and labeling mini sample bottles. Equipped with servo peristaltic pumps, it can realize accurate and non-contamination liquid filling. The material tubing can be easily changed for handling different fragrances. The filling and capping machine is equipped with two grippers, which achieves smooth transfer of bottles from capping station to labeling station. Using horizontal labeling method, it can automatically apply labels to bottle sides. This model can be customized to suit for your production needs. The mini perfume filling line can also work with cartoning machine to complete automation.

Bottle Feeding Structure
Can automatically dispense and transfer the mini bottles to filling and capping machine, which reduces labor cost.
2 Heads Servo Filling System
Servo peristaltic pump system enables accurate volume control and contamination-free filling. Filling volume can be adjusted as needed.
2 Vibratory Bowl Feeders
Capable of orienting and guiding the spray caps to loading station orderly. The vibratory feeders are customized according to your cap sizes.
Cap Placing And Screwing System
Guide housing can accurately position and guide the spray caps into bottles. Cap screwing process is driven by servo motor, which has accurate torque control.
Starwheel Indexing System
Can realize accurate bottle positioning and transport during filling and capping process. The star wheel is customized according to bottle size.
Bottle Removing Grippers
The two grippers can automatically remove the capped bottles from the molds, enabling smooth bottle conveying to labeling station.
Horizontal Labeling System
Can be used for semi-circle or wrap-around labeling of small bottles. It can be equipped with date printing device if needed.
