Description of the Automatic Dip Tube Cutting Machine:
Equipped with vibratory feeder, this model performs processes of feeding pump caps, cutting dip tubes and discharging caps. It uses servo-driven gripper to convey caps across the stations, which saves labor cost. The cutting parameters can be set on touch screen directly, simplifying operation. The dispenser pump dip tube cutter can also work with capping machine to complete automated production.
