Built with servo piston pumps, this blister thermoforming packaging machine is designed for packing liquids or pastes, such as olive oils, sauces, pet flea treatments. It combines automatic functions of forming, filling, sealing and cutting blister packs, which can reach at output of 40-60pcs/minute. The machine can also work with cartoning machine or pouch packing machine to complete automation.

User-friendly panel allows for convenient parameter setting and machine debugging. It can be customized into multiple languages as needed.

Blister Cavity Forming Structure

Capable of heating the plastic sheets until pliable and forming them into blister cavities. The forming molds can be customized as your products.

4 Filling Nozzles (Servo Piston Pumps)

Servo piston filling, it can accurately dispense liquids or pastes, such as olive oils, medical treatments. Filling range is customized.

Blister Sealing System

Using heat and pressure, it ensures airtight sealing of blister packs. Sealing temperature is adjustable.

Blister Pack Cutting System

Can cut the blister packs into 4 individual ones per cycle. The cutting mold is customized according to products.

Feeding Hopper

Can ensure smooth material flow. It can be connected with feeding machine to realize automatic material supply.
