This vial filling and stoppering machine is integrated with structures of vial sorting, liquid filling, stopper feeding, stopper pressing and product collecting. It utilizes starwheel conveying system, allowing for continuous filling and closing of vials. The machine can also work together with vial sealing machine and labeling machine.

Peristaltic Filling System (10 Nozzles)

Peristaltic pumps ensure non-contamination handling of liquids and easy changeover of tubing. Filling nozzle quantity can be customized.

Vibratory Feeder For Stoppers

Made in electromagnetic design, the feeder can transport stoppers with low noise. It is customized based on your product size.

Stopper Loading And Pressing

Can load and press stoppers to vials automatically. Working height of the structure is adjustable according to production need.
