The ZS-FSHS22 model has functions of feeding containers and lids, filling viscous materials, and pressing the lids. Utilizing servo rotor pump, it offers precise volume control and can be customized for different filling ranges. The model is equipped with side-grip belt, which can clamp the small containers during production and prevent them from falling down. With 2 vibratory bowls, they can automatically feed the containers and lids to achieve continuous production. This honey drink cap filling machine can be connected with flow wrapping machine if needed.
