This model performs processes of feeding, loading and screwing trigger spray caps. With tracking capping structures, it can move in sync with bottles and realize continuous cap loading and screwing. The capping motions are driven by servo motor, which features consistent and accurate torque control. The model is also with dip tube straightening structure, making sure the caps can be placed to bottles smoothly. This automatic cleaning solution capping machine can be customized according to your production needs.
