This vertical sachet packing machine is equipped with double filling pumps: Servo piston pump(for pastes), and magnetic pump(for liquids). The two filling systems can be switched freely according to production needs. The machine features functions of forming, filling, sealing and cutting sachets, which can pack oil, dressing. This machine can be customized for 3-side-seal, 4-side-seal or back-side-seal sachets.

Touchscreen Panel

Touchscreen panel shows working status intuitively and makes it convenient to adjust parameters. It can be customized into different languages.

Double Filling Pumps

U-shaped Hopper

Hopper is equipped with agitator, which can mix materials evenly during production. It can also be customized with heater if needed.

Heat Sealing Structure

Sealing temperature is adjustable to suit for packaging films. Different sealing types can be customized.

Date Coding Device (Optional)
