This plastic vial filling and capping machine is controlled by cam system, which enables the working structures to work simultaneously and improve working efficiency. It is a monoblock machine which has functions of feeding vials, filling liquid, loading caps and tightening caps. The machine can also work with labeling machine to realize automatic sticker attaching.

Control Panel

Touch screen control panel makes parameter setting more intuitive. The operation language can be customized.

Working Structures

Cam system controls filling and capping structures to work at the same time. Its speed can reach 30 bottles/min.

Ceramic Pump

It is suitable for small filling volume, which has high filling precision.

Filling Nozzle
