Lifting Filling Nozzles

Lifting nozzles can decrease the forming of bubbles during filling. Quantity of filling nozzles can be customized.

Designed for feeding ROPP caps, it can be customized as your product size.

Capping Structure

Made of high-quality materials, the structure provides a balanced, symmetrical pressure and is suitable for 25-38mm ROPP caps.

Shrinking Tunnel

Suitable for shrinking PVC capsules or shrink bands. The heat can circulate evenly, making the product wrapped well.

Labeling Structure

With bottle guiding structure, it is suitable for sticking labels on double sides of flat bottles. Position of labels is adjustable.

Laser Coding

It has large scanning angle and high speed, which suits for coding QR code, batch number, logo on plastic or glass bottles.
