This liqueur filling line performs automatic process of unscrambling bottles, filling liquid, feeding and screwing ROPP caps, shrinking PVC capsules, laser coding, attaching labels and sorting finished products. It is equipped with precise magnetic pumps and lifting filling nozzles, which can ensure filling accuracy. The machines can be customized to meet your production requirements.

Lifting Filling Nozzles
Lifting nozzles can decrease the forming of bubbles during filling. Quantity of filling nozzles can be customized.
Magnetic Pumps
With 316 stainless steel magnetic pumps, it has high filling accuracy and can be used for weakly corrosive liquid.
Vibratory Bowl
Designed for feeding ROPP caps, it can be customized as your product size.
Capping Structure
Made of high-quality materials, the structure provides a balanced, symmetrical pressure and is suitable for 25-38mm ROPP caps.
Shrinking Tunnel
Suitable for shrinking PVC capsules or shrink bands. The heat can circulate evenly, making the product wrapped well.
Labeling Structure

Product Features
This liqueur filling line uses magnetic pumps so low-viscosity alcohol, premixed spirits and flavored liqueurs can be filled without foaming. Detailed Machine Description
Bottles first enter through the rotary table. They move to the filling machine where magnetic pumps measure the exact shot. Next they pass to the cap feeder that arranges ROPP caps and sends them to the capping turret. After crimping, a sleeve or safety band can be dropped on the neck and shrunk in the tunnel. Finally the labeling unit applies side or wrap labels and the laser coder prints date and batch. This sequence makes the liqueur filling line a complete packaging route instead of a single filler.
