The ZS-XG440RS2 model is built with 2 capping heads, which can screw caps at speed of 50-80BPM. It can be used for tightening ordinary flat caps, child-resistant caps. Using servo motor control, the capping system can apply controlled torques and ensures accurate capping. Equipped with cap elevator machine, it can automatically supply caps to loading station, enabling efficient capping operation. The model supports fast changeover between different products. This automatic servo capping machine can also work with filling and labeling machine to complete automated production.
