Description of the Automatic Compact Spice Pouch Packing Machine:
The ZS-AFS04W model is a compact premade pouch packaging system, which has functions of feeding, filling and sealing pouches. With linear weighing system, it is suitable for packing single or mixed granular products. The filling head is connected with vacuum dust collector, which prevents powders from spraying and ensuring clean workplace. The model is also equipped with conveyor to transfer finished pouches to next process. It can be customized to handle different pouch sizes and filling materials. This compact premade pouch packing machine can work with other packaging equipment to complete automation.

Pouch Holding & Feeding System
Vacuum suction cups can pick the pouches from the holder and move them to next station, enabling automatic premade pouch packing operation.
Multi-Head Linear Weighing System
Capable of accurately measure and dispense granules into pouches. It supports filling of single materials or mixed materials.
Heat Sealing System
Can apply uniform heat pressure to securely bond the pouch opening. Heating temperature is adjustable according to pouch materials.
Vacuum Dust Collector
Can automatically collect the airborne particles, keeping the sealing area clean and ensuring a safe working environment.
Inkjet Printing Device
Can automatically print expiry dates or batch codes on pouches. The print content can be edited as production need.
Outfeeding Conveyor
Can gently receive the pouches after sealing and convey them to downstream equipment, which reduces manual labor.
