The ZS-AFC16PB model is capable of filling and capping small bottles at a rate of 8000 to 10000 bottles per hour. It combines 16 heads tracking filling system, cap feeding system, and 12 heads rotary capping system. With servo piston pump, it can realize precise liquid filling. The model can be used for packing collagen drinks, liquid vitamins, plant extracts, etc. It is equipped with dust cover, which can ensure production cleanliness. The drinkable collagen ampoule filling capping machine can also work with bottle rinser and labeler machines to complete automatic production.

Cap Placing & Screwing System

With 12 capping heads, it can realize automatic cap picking, placing and screwing. The capping system can be customized according to products.

Starwheel Indexing System

Star wheel system ensures uniform spacing between bottles, realizing precise bottle positioning during the filling and capping processes.

Bottle Accumulation Conveyor (Optional)
