This insect repellent filling and capping machine has automatic functions of filling liquid, feeding spray caps, crimping spray caps, feeding outer caps and pressing caps. It is equipped with servo piston pump, which can realize quantitative dispensing of liquid. The working structures are controlled by cam system, making it seal bottles at a speed of 30-40BPM. The machine can be customized according to your production need.

Touchscreen Panel

Intuitive interface makes it convenient for machine operation and debugging. Language of panel can be customized.

Servo Filling System

With servo piston pump, it can dispense quantitative amount of liquid into bottles. Filling range and filling nozzle quantity can be customized.
