Description of the Automatic Injectable Glass Vial Sealing Machine:

The ZS-YG300 model is an automatic 8 heads vial sealing machine. It can feed and crimp vial caps at speed of 230-300 vials per minute, which is applicable for high-speed production of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and biochemical products. Equipped with SUS304 vibratory bowl, it can continuously orient and feed the caps to vials. This model uses star wheel mechanism, which can realize accurate vial positioning and moving. The automatic vial crimping machine can also work with filling and labeling machine to complete automated production.
