Description of the Blister Card Packing Machine:
The ZS-DDP350 model is a blister packing system that has functions of forming blister cavities, loading backing cards, and sealing the blister packs. Using manual product loading method, it is suitable for packing perfume sample vials, teeth whitening pens, lip balm tubes, batteries, etc. The molds can be customized and changed to handle different products. This blister card sealing machine can also work with other packaging equipment to realize automated production.

Plastic Sheet Feeding System
The roll of plastic sheets will be fed automatically to heating station, ensuring continuous blister packing operation.
Blister Forming And Cutting System
The machine uses vacuum pressure to form the plastic sheets into blister cavities, and cuts them into individual ones. Forming system is customized as your products.
Integrated Working Stations
Backing card loading, blister sealing and product discharging are completed at one machine. The rotary plate is customized based on product size.
Blister Sealing System
Sealing dies can apply controlled heat and pressure to securely bond the blister flange to the backing card. Heat temperature and time are adjustable.
Finished Product Outlet
Vacuum grippers can pick up sealed blisters from molds and place them onto conveyor. This saves labor and is convenient for subsequent packaging.
Scrap Winding System
The scrap winding structure can automatically pull and roll the leftover sheets onto a reel after blisters are cut out.
