Description of the Automatic Monoblock Vial Filling Stoppering Capping Machine:
The ZS-AFC39D model combines functions of unscrambling vials, filling liquids, pressing stoppers, and crimping aluminum caps. Driven by cam system, it can fill and seal the vials at speed of 60BPM. The model is equipped with laminar flow hood, which prevents contamination and can create a sterile environment for vial production. Using precise peristaltic pumps, it can fill antibiotics, biochemical liquids, cosmetics, etc. The machine can be customized to suit for your vial and cap sizes. This monoblock liquid vial filling machine can also work with labeling machine and cartoning machine to complete automation.
