This hand sanitizer filling line combines automatic functions of orienting and feeding bottles, filling viscous products, feeding and screwing caps, inspecting bottle caps and checking product weights. Equipped with tracking filling and spindle capping system, it can run at high output of 1200-3000 bottles/hour. The production line can also work with labeling machine and bottle rinsing machine if needed.

Bottle Orienting System

Vibratory Feeder For Caps
Can arrange and guide bottle caps to loading area orderly. It uses electricity to control the rotation, which has lower noise.
Screw Capping System
Multiple capping wheels allow for high-speed sealing of bottle caps. The capping structure can be adjusted according to product size.
