Description of the Automatic Compact Glass Vial Filling Capping Machine:
The ZS-AFC20U model has functions of unscrambling vials, filling liquids, inserting stoppers, and crimping caps. The machine is built in compact design, which can run at speed of 2400 bottles per hour. With peristaltic pump, it provides accurate volume control for filling pharmaceutical liquids, cosmetics, biochemical solutions. The model is equipped with laminar airflow system, which creates a sterile working zone for vial production. This laminar airflow vial filling and capping machine can be customized according to your production needs.

Peristaltic pump system enables accurate flow rate control and easy tubing replacement. The filling volume can be adjusted on touch screen as needed.
Rubber Stopper Inserting System
Can realize automatic stopper feeding, placing and inserting. The stopper feeding and inserting system is customized according to product size.
Aluminum Cap Crimping System
Vibratory bowl feeder can automatically supply caps, and crimping mold can securely seal the aluminum caps to vials. Crimping mold is customized as cap size.
Servo-driven Starwheel System
Using servo control, the star wheel can accurately position and transfer the vials between different stations. It is customized based on vial size.
Laminar Airflow System
Class 100 laminar airflow system can create a sterile filling and capping zone for vial production, preventing vials from airborne particles and microbial contamination.
