This filling line has functions of arranging bottles in order, filling paste or liquid, loading caps, capping bottles, sticking labels and sorting finished products automatically. The filling system is driven by servo gear pump, which has high filling precision. And the filling, cap loading and capping structures are made in one machine, greatly saving production space. The gel food coloring bottle filling line can be customized according to your production need.

Bottle Orientation Machine

Designed for arranging and feeding plastic bottles, it can be customized according to bottle sizes.
